Full sun in well worked soil

Will bolt in dry soils or high temperatures

Seeds germinate quickly

Keep weed fee and watch for root rot if to damp

cut and come again: Cut off at base and leave roots behind plants will regrow

Cook garlic with seasame oil

Add washed bok choi toss until wilted

Drizzle over a tablespoon of oyster sauce and splash of soy
