Malt Vinegar

Treacle
(one tin)

Salt
Method
Place all ingredients in a large pot and bring to boil
Boil for 1 ½ hours
Cool and whizz with stick blender
Strain through muslin for an extra fine sauce
Bring back to boil and bottle hot sauce in hot sterile jars
