Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup Golden Syrup Or Honey
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 3 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Sultanas or Raisins
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Add any TWO of the following
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Nuts
  • 1/4 cup Coconut
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Dried Apricots
  • 1/4 cup Cranberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. In a pot melt butter
  3. Add golden syrup and sugar
  4. Bring to boil and boil for 2 minutes
  5. Mix with dry ingredients
  6. Press into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into slices
