Cream eggs and sugar, slowly add oil, mix in vanilla and treacle.
In a separate large bowl: sift flour, baking powder and spices, mix in zucchini and walnuts.
Combine liquid mix into dry mix.
Spoon into greased loaf tins (2 medium)
Bake approx. 1 hour at 180c until skewer comes out clean. Cool on rack

Ingredients
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 4 cups Zucchini grated - approximately 2 large zucchini a bit more works fine
- 1 Tbs Treacle
- 4 cups Flour Spelt or Wholemeal works well
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1 cup Walnuts Chopped
- 4 Eggs
