Feijoa Jam

 

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Feijoa pulp
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • 4 cups Sugar
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Ginger Optional

Method
 

  1. Boil feijoa pulp and water in a saucepan till soft.
  2. Add sugar and lemon juice (and ginger if desired)
  3. Boil 5- 10 minutes
  4. Cool slightly
  5. Place in hot sterilised jars
