Cook Time 3 hours

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Onions Chopped
  • 1 kg Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Ground Ginger
  • 4 tbsp Salt
  • 2 Oranges Roughly chopped
  • 4.5 litres Malt Vinegar
  • 2 kgs Apples Roughly chopped
  • 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Ground Cloves

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients into a large stock pot.
  2. Bring to boil and boil for 3 hours, stirring occasionally..
  3. Cool slightly.
  4. Strain and bottle into hot sterile bottles.
