Guava Jelly
Ingredients
- 4 litres Red Cherry Guava
- 1 litre Water
- 1 kg Sugar
Instructions
- To every 4 litres of red cherry guava add 1 litre of water
- Boil 10 minutes
- Tip boiled fruit into muslin bag or pillowcase and suspend
- Strain for 10 hours - DO NOT SQUEEZE
- To every litre of juice add 1 kg of sugar
- Bring to boil until it forms a gel
- Bottle in hot sterilised jars and seal
