Method
- Peel potatoes. (Leaving the skin on could make your flakes bitter)
- Boil potatoes with enough water to cover them. NO ADDITIVES eg salt, pepper or herbs
- Mash or blend using the water they were boiled in
- Spread on dehydrator leather trays in a thin layer and dehydrate at 60 degrees
- Potatoes are finished when they break instead of bending
- Break up in blender
- Seal in airtight container
