Bliss balls are a super easy and quick way of making a nutritious lunchbox snack. They can be made with basically ANYTHING – thus the cost to make varies greatly!
Mix and mingle and experiment with the recipe, add spices if you want – the basic ratio should be 1 cup nuts to 1 cup of fruit (at least half of the fruit should be dates for stick-ability)

Basic Recipe
- 1 cup Cashew Nuts
- 1 cup Dates
Other Options
- Sunflower Seeds
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Almonds
- Peanuts
- Cranberries
- Lemon Zest
- Dried Apricots
- Ginger
- Cardamon
Optional
- Coconut
Instructions
- Put ingredients into blender and blitz until well mixed
- Remove and roll into balls (I make mine about the size of half of a golf ball)
- Roll in coconut (optional)
