  • 1 cup Cashew Nuts
  • 1 cup Dates

  • Sunflower Seeds
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Almonds
  • Peanuts
  • Cranberries
  • Lemon Zest
  • Dried Apricots
  • Ginger
  • Cardamon
Optional
  • Coconut

Method
 

  1. Put ingredients into blender and blitz until well mixed
  2. Remove and roll into balls (I make mine about the size of half of a golf ball)
  3. Roll in coconut (optional)
