Ingredients
  

  • Stale Toast Bread

Method
 

  1. Remove crusts and cut the bread into small cubes.
  2. Place on an oven tray
  3. Bake at 190 for 10 minutes shaking the tray occasionally until bread is evenly browned on all sides.
  4. Serve with soup.

Notes

Will keep well in an airtight container.
Can also be made in a frypan, or by toasting rather than baking.
