Ingredients
  

  • Stale Toast Bread

Instructions
 

  • Remove crusts and cut the bread into small cubes.
  • Place on an oven tray
  • Bake at 190 for 10 minutes shaking the tray occasionally until bread is evenly browned on all sides.
  • Serve with soup.

Notes

Will keep well in an airtight container.
Can also be made in a frypan, or by toasting rather than baking.
